International Aid
Based in the UK, we are one of the largest suppliers of a wide range of quality medicines and medical devices to UN organisations, NGOs, aid agencies and charities, which in turn provide essential medical supplies to developing countries.
Through our Loughborough distribution centre we deliver global aid to crisis-hit states in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, having reached over 120 countries world-wide over the past 30 years.
Our International Team speak more than 20 languages and provide a flexible and resourceful service.

We are committed to registering our UK licensed Morningside products with competent national authorities internationally, in countries where we operate, and also in new markets.
Our Regulatory Department’s understanding of registration requirements is supported by good relationships with ministries of health and national competent authorities to ensure rapid completion of company and product registration.
Morningside has been granted Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) accreditation, which is an international standard given by HMRC that shows our supply chain is safe and secure. It also ensures that the holder may be able to benefit from arrangements under Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRA), which are agreed with third country customs authorities
As a global business, we are always looking to build new partnerships with reputable distributors of pharmaceuticals, whose products and services complement our new and existing range.
Customer care and stringent quality control is essential and we qualify all distributors, agents and customers before we become partners, to ensure that your values match our own.
Global Logistics
The Morningside Team are able to respond quickly when aid is urgently needed, which we ship directly to customers’ warehouses and field offices, no matter where they are located.
We pride ourselves on putting patient safety first and build trust by managing every part of the process, from receipt of order, to safe delivery of the stock, in line with international regulatory requirements.
You can be assured that our storage and deliveries will be secure and temperature controlled, including cold chain . All shipments are delivered through proven international logistics, to ensure that deliveries arrive on time and in line with our customer’s requirements.
